Every year decisions are made in the state capitol that impact your ability to deliver quality care. Through your membership in SDSMAPAC, the South Dakota State Medical Association Political Action Committee, you will provide critical political support to the SDSMA's legislative agenda.

Board of Directors

Become a SDSMAPAC Board member and be involved in making decisions to support political campaigns.  Board members consist of one physician and one Alliance member for every 50 members in each of the twelve district medical societies.  If 50 percent of the members in a district join SDSMAPAC, the district is entitled to one additional physician and one additional Alliance member on the Board.  Directors must be members of SDSMAPAC.
