Anti-Tobacco Initiative
Recently, the SDSMA received approval for a grant from the South Dakota Department of Health (DOH) to be used toward an anti-tobacco initiative.
As you are aware, the South Dakota State Medical Association (SDSMA), with support from the SD Department of Health, has been working with healthcare providers to reduce the number of children exposed to secondhand smoke by targeting parents who smoke. Thank you for your efforts and contribution to the success of this project.
We would greatly appreciate your completing the following survey as it will assist us to further understand the practice patterns of health-care providers and develop additional intervention efforts and educational opportunities.
Since the validity of the results greatly depend on a high response rate, your participation is crucial in to the success of this study. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
