The schedule has been finalized and you are invited to participate in this great conference!
Participating as a vendor and/or sponsor will place you in direct contact with existing and potential customers. The face-to-face experience allows you the opportunity to enrich the relationship with your existing customers as well as access potential new customers. You will note in the schedule that there are multiple opportunities for attendees to visit vendor booths along with social activities that offer great networking opportunities!
There are sponsorship opportunities we invite you to consider as well! This offers great support of the entire conference.

Golf
If you or your members of your team are interested in golf at the Chamberlain Golf Course, we will make arrangements for a 4 person scramble tournament. Golf fees, cart, etc. are individually paid directly to the golf course. Start time is 11:00 am (CT).
Reserve Your Hotel Room
Room block deadline – August 11 – lock in a special rate of $104/night for this conference.
Room reservations can be made by calling (605) 234-6376 and reference the Medical Group Managers Block to secure a room reservation. Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to check-in will not incur a cancellation charge.

- Standard Hillside Two Queen Bedroom - $149
- Riverside Two Queen with Deck, 1st Floor - $179
- Riverside Two Queen with Deck, 2nd Floor - $169
- King Riverside, 1st Floor - $179.00
