SDMGMA Active Member - $150.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Any individual who is directly employed in management or administrative support service by an entity formally organized to provide or facilitate the provision of healthcare
services; by an individual employed by a management organization, hospital/hospital system, practice management firm or other business entity
responsible for managing any operational component(s) of an entity providing healthcare
services. This includes consultants who are responsible for operations of one or more practices on an ongoing basis; by healthcare providers/clinicians who hold an active license in the state are also considered active members.

SDMGMA Active Member - 1st Year Discounted - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Any individual who is directly employed in management or administrative support service by an entity formally organized to provide or facilitate the provision of healthcare
services; by an individual employed by a management organization, hospital/hospital system, practice management firm or other business entity
responsible for managing any operational component(s) of an entity providing healthcare
services. This includes consultants who are responsible for operations of one or more practices on an ongoing basis; by healthcare providers/clinicians who hold an active license in the state are also considered active members.

SDMGMA Affiliate Member - $250.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Any individual not directly employed by a medical
group practice that provides supplies, products, or services to medical group practices (consultants, third-party payers, supply and service vendors, non-employed medical group practice support staff).

SDMGMA Allied Member - $150.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Any individual employed by a medical group practice
to provide direct operational support to that medical practice (clerical and clinical support
staff, coders, billers, IT, recruiters, etc.); may include a faculty member or representative
of a non-group practice organization who is otherwise involved in health care through professional societies and health care systems; also held by an individual who has achieved ACMPE or FACMPE certification status; or an individual in career transition who wishes to maintain industry knowledge and insight.

SDMGMA Student Member Subscription period: Unlimited Any individual who is pursuing a healthcare or business-related degree at an accredited institution of higher learning and does not qualify for any
other member category. A student member cannot vote or hold office, but is allowed to be active and/or chair a committee or subcommittee per Board approval.
