of a non-group practice organization who is otherwise involved in health care through professional societies and health care systems; also held by an individual who has achieved ACMPE or FACMPE certification status; or an individual in career transition who wishes to maintain industry knowledge and insight.

Any individual who is pursuing a healthcare or business-related degree at an accredited institution of higher learning and does not qualify for any
other member category. A student member cannot vote or hold office, but is allowed to be active and/or chair a committee or subcommittee per Board approval.
