Extras! Calling all motorcycle enthusiasts
As you know, virtually nothing beats riding motorcycles through the Blacks Hills of South Dakota -- it is a unique, fun, and scenic experience. Weather permitting, Dr. Robert Marciano and SDSMA staff member Mark East are organizing a day, Saturday May 30, for just hanging out and covering some miles. This is a non-SDSMA event; there is no fee and no registration. Those interested in riding, bring your bike or rent one from Black Hills Harley Davidson or Indian Motorcycles of Sturgis, then meet Mark and Dr. Bob at 9 a.m. in the lobby of The Lodge. The plan is to start out and return to The Lodge on Saturday. Dr. Bob will map out a route as we get closer to the SDSMA annual conference. Questions about the ride? Contact Mark East at 605.336.1965 or meast@sdsma.orgClick here for an overview and tips about motorcycle touring in the Black Hills from the Rapid City Tourism website.
