The 2007 South Dakota State Medical Association Annual Meeting will be held September 26-28 at the Ramkota Hotel in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Exhibitors are an important part of our annual meeting. See the attached information for more details regarding set-up time, teardown time, and display hours.

If you wish to participate as an Exhibitor, please complete the application and return it to Kim Tripp at the SDSMA.  Be sure to include your payment with your application.  Checks should be made payable to the South Dakota State Medical Association.

Booth numbers are assigned approximately one month prior to the meeting and special booth location requests are on a first received, first paid basis.
