News from the South Dakota Legislature

In Session is the SDSMA's weekly update on the action in the 2012 South Dakota Legislature. In Session features what happened in Pierre during each legislative week as well as a look ahead at important issues and legislation that affects the practice of medicine in our state.

In Session features the SDSMA's Bill Tracker, which allows you to view each bill the SDSMA is monitoring. Just click on a bill's corresponding link, and you'll be redirected to the state's Legislative Research Council website, where you can view the bill as it was proposed, along with its current status and how your lawmakers voted.
